You do not have to provide your personal data to browse the job opportunities. However, in order to consider your candidacy for a position with our company, we need to know some basic things about you.
Therefore, Averna gathers and processes the following categories of personal data about you:

  • E-mail address;
  • Country of residence;
  • Mobile Phone number;
  • And any login ID and password created by you to access your applicant profile.

You may also choose to provide additional/optional information when completing forms on our website or that you give us when we have contact with you (by telephone, by e-mail or at trade fairs or events). This information is not required to complete your application, but will allows us to consider your candidacy in a more complete manner.

  • birth date, place of birth, gender, marital status, language, address, nationality, job interest criteria and preferences, your employment experience, educational history, your skills, your current salary and expectations, a description of your personality and hobbies, visa status, references information, background information, and other information contained in your resume.
  • Information about your health and/or court/criminal record is processed in accordance with the restrictions imposed by law and only if it is relevant to your application. If you provide Averna with information about third parties, Averna will assume that the third party in question has given you permission to do so and to Averna to collect, to process and to transfer their Personal Data to the same extent as yours.

You are giving The HR recruitment team at Averna permission to get in touch with the references you provided and to collect, process, transfer and use your Personal Data, including sensitive data, within the meaning described above, for such period as needed for achieving the purposes as set forth above.

You declare that all information which you have provided or will provide to Averna is true, correct and not misleading. Should any of this information change, you shall inform Averna without any delay.

3. Why do we collect this information

Averna will only process the Personal Data we collect on the Job website to consider you for employment (temporary employment and/or recruitment), for the purpose of producing statistics, complying with regulations and to otherwise provide you with requested information or services.

4. How will your information be shared

Averna may disclose Personal Data to third parties including intra-group.

Your personal data will not be sold or rented to third parties.

We may disclose your personal data to enforce our policies, to comply with our legal obligations or in the interests of security, public interest or law enforcement in any country where we have entities or affiliates. If your application is successful, Averna will retain your personal information pursuant to your employment contract and in accordance with applicable policies communicated to every employee.

If you are not successful, Averna will retain your information for until your consent is revoked. By retaining your information, Averna can consider you for other positions for which you are qualified. You may withdraw your consent for us to use your information in this way. Please see Section 6. Averna may amend and update this policy from time to time to ensure its accuracy. We will place an updated version of this policy on the same webpage and will automatically be effective when published.
